CONSULTING

Organizational consulting is provided to assist Schools, Courts, Mental Health Organizations, Day Treatment Programs, other youth type programs, public and private businesses, group evaluations and resolving school and workplace issues.

Our Consultants analysis your organization, evaluate your needs, design programs and services to meet your specifications.  We look at the whole organizational structor and strive to design strategies and programs that work together to improve the organizational environment, working relationships, and individual and organizational productivity and satisfaction.

TRAINING

Our training programs are designed to meet the needs of the adult/youth organizations and mental health professionals.

These programs are designed for schools, mental health professionals and organization.  The programs are  to increase  knowledge and skills in the areas such as multicultural counseling and therapy, at-risk students, risk/threat assessment teams for schools and businesses and assessing dangerousness in adults and youth.
